After 4 children and not paying close attention of what I am eating, my weight go from 46 kg.  to 66 kg. I want to walk without feeling feet hurts and living in a happier way! Lizzie and I are going to start our losing weight journey together.  It's going to be so fun!! No more stomach stick out!! Fat needs to go!

This was the day of my wedding, February 9th. I weighed 145 lbs. Since then, I've gained roughly 15 lbs. Its July 13th. I weigh about 160 lbs. Now its time to change!!! Here are the rules: 1. We must post what we eat everyday on the blog. 2. We must weigh ourselves every day. 3. We must keep ourselves accountable to our fiberup buddy. (call in 1x a week) Post GOAL weight and make ourselves accountable to a specific time.
